As a child, Jordan Gillman, the creator of Mirror Face, would stand in front of a mirror, trying to see the person he wanted to become. He found the process of self-validation a very difficult one as both a boy and a young adult. Later in life, he came to realize the importance of self-acceptance and wrote a rough draft of a book that conveyed a self-love message his inner child needed to hear. It was a book that introduced him to his true self. Jordan now shares this important message with others with the hope to help children and their caregivers meet their truth. While this children’s picture book is available for sale, Jordan wants to ensure ALL children have access to Mirror Face. To make this vision a reality, Jordan is leading a philanthropic effort to ensure those without the economic means receive a donated copy.
